Ronna-Renee Jackson
CEO / Coach / Mentor / Facilitator
Ronna-Renee Jackson is a high-energy, thoughtful leader. As a seasoned business executive, with experience in start-ups, small businesses and large-scale enterprises, Ronna-Renee has a wide array of practical applications to draw from. While living in Chattanooga TN, she served as the CEO of ChaTech, Chattanooga’s Technology Council, as well as the lead mentor in “The Gig Tank”, a summer development program for start ups resulting in their pitching to potential investors. Ronna-Renee was named a Woman of Distinction, and awarded the Trailblazer 2021 award by the national organization, Million Women Mentors. During a 15 year tenure at IBM, Ronna-Renee consistently moved up the organization culminating in a role managing teams around the world. She was responsible for organizational design, change management, process decomposition and global process design. While at UNUM, Ronna-Renee managed a large team of developers and project managers in multiple locations. Also while at UNUM, a large insurance company, she was introduced to the world of Executive Coaching where her own coach identified her as a “natural talent” and helped refine her skills leading to her role today as CEO of LaunchPoint Leadership Group. Her ability to integrate business and technical concepts makes her a sought after consultant. While living in Chattanooga, Ronna-Renee served on Boards of Directors for several organizations , including the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, the College of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of TN/Chattanooga, Girls Scouts of Southern Appalachians, LaPaz Chattanooga, the Greater Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way Campaign Council of Greater Chattanooga. In just the one year that she lived in Memphis, she has served on the Executive Leadership team for the American Heart Association - Go Red for Women Council and on a strategic planning parent committee at a local school. Since moving to Wheeling, WV, Ronna-Renee has been accepted to Leadership Wheeling and is a sought-after speaker for women's and leadership events.
